Nokton Splitboarding

Splitboard-112

Just broke in my splitboard the other day. The feel was more like a noodle compared to my other board 🙂 Iguess thats gonna be fine when the snow softens up, i´we only tried it in the local ski slope so far.

Pic taken with Em5 + Nokton 17.5mm f0.95 @f0.95, hand held.

The Nokton 17.5mm f0.95 is really awesome! 🙂

Finaly!

Finally i can post stuff again! All the pics are shot with the Nokton 17.5mm and Em-5.

There is some CA in most of the pics, mostly around the white edges in the images.

I reduced the highlights in the shots above in LR didnt try harder then that to remove the CA, alot goes away when i do that. Not all but most.

Dont usually bother more than that.

Same same, but different.

Hers some shots from the past week. Skiing in focus as usuall. Cleaning and waxin my skis and adjusting my bindings to my new boot. Dynafit Mercury! 🙂

Just had a few runs on an almost snowless and icy slope so far, so we will how they perform 🙂 (most likely awesome! 🙂 )

Going to Narvik in a few weeks, hope to try them out for real then!

Added a pretty CA heavy 100% crop from one of the shots.

Not a big deal when corrected, but, you will have to correct most shots if this would be of importence to you.

Well well.

Winter is back! Not quite enough snow of piste yet though :S Still a couple of ours in a car to get some proper off piste!

Here is a couple of shots of my skis, and a snowcat. All taken @f0.95 With Nokton 42.5mm.

In this weather, there is not many flaws of the lens visible. Its just sharp, has nice bokeh and colors! Cant really complain! 🙂

That cover the photos taken on the Mystery tour. Video upload is done in a couple of minutes. Didn´t shoot much, only happend to bring 1 SD card.

And the Gopro got to use it. Hence  all the Iphone photos.

All the ski gear worked fine though! It was fun to really put them to the test. Crampons were nice to have on the icy parts.

Great trip! But i accidentally changed the video setting one on the first day so it all turned to shit. All the video in the clip is from yesterday.

Well the warm weather the last few days havent really been nice to the little snow we had, so the only thing close enough with any snow was Romme Alpin.

Got 1 ½ run befor one of the employees drove me off. “This is a work place, come back this weekend when we are open” Well mannered even when throwing some one out, thats the swedish way 🙂

Today the skis worked perfectly, quite a relief after the other day when i almost couldnt go in the lift without loosing my skis.

And as for the em5 and the lenses, they keep on delivering. Not really anything to whinte about. Sharp, saturated photos!

So we got some snow! 😀  And its almost gone 🙁 Kind of got some skiing done before its totally gone though! Winters in mid sweden generally sucks.

Forced the deer on to our lawn for a photo shoot, easiest place to find food i guess 🙂

And for the pics.

Top 2 shots: em5+nokton 42.5mm f0.95 @f0.95 1/400 ISO 200 (The slight milky Canon 50mm f1.8 II feel is due to the dirty window im shooting through, most apparent in shot 2)
